【摘要】 目的:观察唾液酸酶测定法与金指标Amsel法比较,结合线索细胞检查,探讨其在诊断细菌性阴道病中的价值.方法:取阴道分泌物行涂片查线索细胞,同时进行唾液酸酶测定试验.结果:唾液酸酶测定与Amsel法行涂片查线索细胞结合,阳性率高,两者互补,诊断符合率高达98%,唾液酸酶测定法是一种可行,可靠的好的检测手段.结论:采用唾液酸酶测定快速、准确,操作简便,结果易判读,特异性强.结合线索细胞检查,可大大提高细菌性阴道病诊断的阳性率,不失为一种临床上可行的好方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the value of sialidase test in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginopathy (BV) , compare with golden guideline Amsel to smear vagnial secretions for clue cell. Methods: At the same time the vagnial secretions were taken and spread on a slide for clue cell, then sialidase test was carried out. Results: sialidase test combined with Amsel had a high positive rate and coincident rate which hit up to 100%. Conclusion: Sialidase test is a good feasible method in the diagnosis of BV with simple, rapid, credible, easy reading and may improve the positive rate of the diagnosis of BV while combined with Amsel.更多还原
