【摘要】 目的 :回顾性总结顽固性鼻出血的治疗 ,探讨有关治疗措施在处理顽固性鼻出血中的意义 .方法 :对近 7a来收住我科治疗的顽固性鼻出血患者 6 0例进行回顾性分析 .结果 :6 0例均治愈 ,治疗手段包括前后鼻孔填塞、内镜下电凝烧灼、颈外动脉和 /或筛前动脉结扎、经上颌窦颌内动脉结扎术等 .结论 :顽固性鼻出血治疗的关键是准确找到出血部位及明确出血原因 ,并根据患者实际情况采取有效止血措施 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To sum up the treatment experience of intractable epistaxis, and discuss the significance of various therapeutic methods.Methods: 60 hospitalized cases with intractable epistaxis in recent 7 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results: All 60 cases were cured.The methods involved in the treatment of intractable epistaxis included anterior-posterior nasal packing, electric coagulation under nasal endoscopy, external carotid artery and/or anterior ethmoid artery ligation, internal maxillary artery ligation by transantral approach.Conclusion: The key point for treating intractable epistaxis is to exactly find the location and causes of bleeding and to adopt efficacious methods depending on the individual cases.更多还原
