【摘要】 以循环经济理论为基础,全面地分析了煤炭资源的开发利用与环境保护和经济发展的辨证关系,提出依靠科技支撑与创新,实施洁净煤战略,走新型工业化道路是中国能源发展的必然选择。它是解决环境污染和煤炭综合开发利用,保证能源安全供应的有效途径之一,并对制定云南省能源发展目标及推动云南省洁净煤技术的研究与产业化开发应用的对策提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of Cyclic Economic, the thesis analyzes comprehensively the dialectic relation between the development and use of coal energy, environmental protection and the development of economic, and advances a conclusion that developing the CCT and new industry depending on supporting and innovation of Science and Technology is the best approach to energy development in China. It’s the best solution to resolve the environment pollution and multipurpose use of coal, even to ensure the supplying of energy. Moreover, the thesis also offers suggestions about working out the energy development aim and propelling the study and industrialization development of CCT.更多还原
