【摘要】 从竞争的演进过程出发,对企业从传统竞争向合作竞争转变的必然性作了分析,提出了战略联盟这一新的竞争模式。在分析了战略联盟的特征和所具有的优势之后,作者提出云南民营企业在今后的发展中应转变对竞争的认识,采取战略联盟的竞争模式,并针对云南民营企业的实际情况提出了具体的操作方式,简要概括即为"竞争锁定"。更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting from the evolution of competition, the paper analyzes the necessity of enterprises’ transformation from traditional competence to cooperational competition and put forwards a new competition model - strategy alliance. After analyzing its characteristics and advantages, the authors suggest that the private enterprises in Yunnan should re-study the concept of competition and adopt the new competition model-strategy alliance. In light of the reality that private enterprises are facing in Yunnan, the authors present concrete operation method, i.e. "locked up competence".更多还原
