【摘要】 企业动态联盟是企业为快速反应市场机遇而采取的优势互补的合作方式 ,它强调的是盟主企业通过整合联盟内各个企业的核心能力从而形成整体的竞争优势与竞争力 ,但是盟主企业与盟员企业之间和联盟各个企业之间的信息不对称会导致联盟企业之间的利益冲突 ,即存在委托—代理问题 .根据委托代理理论建立了相应的动态联盟利润分配模型 ,对联盟内企业的收益分配进行了分析并得出了初步的结论 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Dynamic alliance of the enterprise is a cooperative way to have complementary advantages to each other with quick reaction to the market opportunity, which emphasizes the whole competitive advantages by combining the core ability of each enterprise in the alliance, but asymmetric information may cause the interest conflict among member enterprises, namely trust—agency question. A corresponding profit distribution model of dynamic alliance is established and a given preliminary analysis is made on the profit distribution under trust-agency theory.更多还原
