【Abstract】 Insulin-like growth factor 2 (IGF2) gene is internal imprinted genes which was found firstly. The abnormal expression of IGF2 gene is associated with many genetic diseases, especially in the carcinoma. The IGF2 gene also have important control effects on normal fetal growth and carcinous cell multiplication. In this article, we discussed the genetic feature, the expressing mechanism, biological significance of IGF2 gene and the relation with human diseases.更多还原
