【Abstract】 The paper summarizes the achievement of teachers in the science and technology innovation of Universities and points out that teachers should be the subject status in the science and technology innovation.It analyses the main problems that influence the subject status of teachers and puts forward the major tasks and basic ideas on establishment of subject status of teachers.Some policies and countermeasures about how to establish the subject status of teachers are discussed.更多还原
