【摘要】 论述了高校作为国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,在加强科学研究,积极推动科技成果转化,促进国家高新技术产业化,推动国民经济发展等方面做出了巨大的贡献。然而,我国目前高校的科技成果转化率依然很低,大量的科研项目成果仍停留在纸面上。着重从高校自身和社会环境等方面分析了高校科技成果转化难的原因,并对加快高校科技成果转化问题提出了相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the important component of the national system of scientific and technical innovation, universities play an important role in strengthening scientific research and promoting the transformation of scientific and technical achievements and the industrialization of high-tech. However, the ratio of the transformation of scientific and technical achievements is still very low at present in our country, and a large number of them still stay on the paper. This paper analyses the reasons of the problem from universities themselves and social environment and the like.
