【摘要】 论述了随着经济全球化的发展,国际技术壁垒呈现出不断加深的特点,具体表现为范围逐渐扩大、内容日益增多、保护力度不断加强,对发展中国家的高新技术产业的竞争优势、结构壁垒及后发优势产生了消极的影响。并结合这一特点提出了适应我国高新技术企业发展的对策,包括国际标准化策略,避开模仿战略的陷阱及鼓励国内企业直接跨越壁垒的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the economy in whole world ,the international Technological Barriers deepen continuously .It displays as that the broadening scope , the increasing substance and the deepening intensity of the protect . The feature makes negative effect on the high-technology industry of the developing country including the competition superiority , the construction barriers and the imitating preponderance . This paper holds that the high-technology industry in our country should adopt these strategies , consisting of the international standardization , avoiding the imitating trap and the immediate surmounting barriers.更多还原
