【Abstract】 In order to develop its regional economy, Yunnan should base its development or the diversity of its objective existings, such as its natural resources, ecological species, geographical climate and national cultures. Scientific patterns should be adopted to develop Yunna′s regional economy and be base on the pluralism if its development, such as, supported by its resources and guided by the market, to its traditional economy, to develop its ecological economy, to improve its special economy, to creat its tourism economy, to enlarge its international economy and to build up the Five pillar industries. In order to effectively realize the agreement of the respective requirements of the education of and need for talents, institutions of higher education of China, especially in China′s western part, should conform to the need of developing regional economy, cultivate talents urgently needed by the west areas or all sort of subjects, majors and levels to solve the problem of personnel resources in western part of China.更多还原
