【摘要】 国家自然科学基金自 1986年建立以来 ,为我国社会、经济及科技事业的发展做出了突出的贡献。随着国家财政对基金项目支持力度的增强 ,加强对国家自然科学基金的管理 ,积极探寻新的管理方法和管理模式是基金管理工作者的一项重要课题。本文通过对国家自然科学基金管理过程中几个方面问题的阐述和分析 ,提出了一些具体的建议 ,力求在规范、合理、公正的环境下 ,更有效地发挥国家自然科学基金对国家及地方基础科学研究进步的推动作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Since NSF was built up in 1986, National natural science fund has done remarkable contributions to society , economy and science-technology undertakings . As the fund has been reinforcing its support to fund items. It becomes manager’s chief task to strengthen management of the fund and to find new managing methods and modes.
