【Abstract】 This paper analyzes on the phenomenon of "the peasant labor shortage" that more happens in the medium and small enterprises in recent years, probes into the causes why the hostility between capital and labor occurs in the medium and small enterprises, and starting from three angles of the government, enterprise and peasant labor, puts forward some measures for releasing the hostility between capital and labor based on the perfect laws and regulations and the impartial monitoring system.更多还原
