【摘要】 介绍了虚拟参考服务的定义,阐述了图书馆使用的虚拟参考服务的几种常见模式,探讨了各种模式的优势与劣势。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the definition of virtual reference service and several modes of virtual reference service in library, and probes into the advantages and disadvantages of these modes.
