【Abstract】 IN the course of the transition of the social and economic environment, the traditional value chain of many trades has been decomposed and re-combined because of receiving bigger impact. Taking the value chain of the post trade as the example, this paper probes into how to realize the improvement of the operational strategies and how the government to fit in with the development of the trade through adjusting the policies in the course of the variation of the value chain.更多还原
