【Abstract】 The labor relation of the private enterprises is a hot problem concerned by the society. Through analyzing the present situation of the labor relation of the private enterprises, this paper divides the labor relation of the private enterprises into the bad labor relation and the good labor relation, the duality of the labor relation, and further puts forward some policy suggestions of improving the labor relation of the private enterprises.更多还原
