图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务探索
Probe into the Virtual Reference Service of the Library
【摘要】 在论述国内外虚拟参考咨询的发展状况和发展趋势的基础上,对如何开展虚拟参考咨询进行了初步探讨,并提出了在发展虚拟参考咨询过程中需要引起注意的几个问题。
【Abstract】 Based on the discussion on the developing situation and developing trend of the domestic and foreign virtual reference service, this paper probes into how to develop the virtual reference service, and puts forward some problems needing attention in developing the virtual reference service.
