【Abstract】 Along with the widespread availability of the network technique and information technique in university library and the multiplicity development of the carriers and contents of the literature information, the literature information-organizing mode of university library has been changed greatly. This paper discusses on the necessity of the continuous education for the sorting and cataloging personnel to fit in with these changes, and puts forward the methods, measures and concrete contents of the continuous education for the sorting and cataloging personnel of university library.更多还原
