我国信息化立法实证研究
Study on Informatization Legislation in China
【摘要】 分析了我国信息化立法的现状和存在的问题,阐述了这些问题对我国信息化建设的影响,对我国未来信息化立法提出了几点建议。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes on informatization legislation in China and the problems existing in the of information legislation, expounds then influence of these problems on informatization legislation in China, and puts forward some suggestions for the future informatization legislation in China.
