【Abstract】 The type-conversion cost of the resource-type cities can be divided into the adjustment cost and the delay cost. The adjustment cost minus the delay cost is the net cost of the type-conversion, and the adjustment cost plus the delay cost is the total cost of the type-conversion. And the selection of the occasion of the economic type-conversion determines the amount of the net cost and the total cost of the type-conversion.
