【Abstract】 The networking, informatization and digitalization bring about the new developing opportunity and challenge to the library, and also advances the new requirements for the librarians. Based on the analysis on the new features of library’s work under the network environment, this paper points out that the librarians must realize the role transition from six aspects to meet the needs of the network times, and puts forward some methods and ways for improving the integral quality of the librarians.更多还原
