【Abstract】 This paper makes comparison of the divided operation and the mixed operation, and points out that in present stage the financial industry of our country does not still possess the conditions for making the mixed operation, the effective financial supervision is not only the urgent requirement for the internal perfection of our country’s financial system but also the precondition of making effective normalization and carrying out necessary supervision for the foreign financial organizations and protecting the smooth financial reform of Chinese financial system.更多还原
