高校物业管理的难点及解决对策
Analyzing the problems of university logistic management and the countermeasures
【摘要】 高校后勤实行社会化改革后,管理模式已由福利型转向物业型。做好高校物业管理工作,要依据现代物业管理企业管理理念并结合高校的特点,开拓物业管理服务市场,适度引入社会力量参与高校的物业管理。
【Abstract】 The management mode of universities has changed from the welfare-oriented to the logistics-oriented since the implementation of logistic socialization reform. Discussion is made on how to perform well during the logistic management, thus by introducing modern management concept and socially developing service market.
