【Abstract】 This essay analyses the risks in the field of technology, market, management and policy concerned with the pilot studies of electric vehicles. In the meanwhile it builds up the risk management mode by two programs. One is to make an administrative decision for single factor risk of management by the three-dimension evaluation and the other is to obtain the performance optimization of the management project by systemization the multifactor risks. The two models serve as theoretical foundations for the choice of the best project.更多还原
