经理人股票期权设计实证研究
【摘要】 以某一知名上市公司的经理人股票期权(ESO)计划实施为例,从微观的角度翔实地论述了ESO计划实施过程中应该注意的几个问题。
【Abstract】 The author analyses the course of some well-known corporation’s ESO program,discussing several attentive problems during the implementing process of ESO.
