【Abstract】 In real life, there often often exists the gap between time and space aiming to information system’s continuous development and application, l.e., as far as the time, it can’t form the full and continuous information system’s developing and applying series for enterprise stratagem aim, as far as the space, it can’t conform availably the enterprise’s inter and outer apply. A information system project evaluation model on former on former research basis was proposed, which was combined with the life cycle and characters of information system.
