【Abstract】 As an assembling mode of software industry, the Software Park plays an important position and role to the industry development.This paper studied the properties of software industry and software enterprises based on value chain theory, and analyzed the problems with the development of Software Park in China. Some strategies for the further development were raised to the Software Park,including the establishment of Virtual Software Park.更多还原
