【Abstract】 As our country joins WTO,transformation of the government functions,the scientific and technical structural reform has been deepening.And the rapid development in the scientific and technological field has brought a series of new situation and question.Make the already existing adjustment method,adjusting range and some systems of "The Scientific and Technological Progress Law" do not meet the current demands.In order to promote the system of scientific and technical innovation taking enterprise as main subject,to realize the national scientific and technological resource-sharing.We should change government scientific and technological function,encourage enterprise become main subject of science and technology innovation field,Strengthen the coordination mechanism of the management of science and technology,etc.We should revise the law from all these aspects.更多还原
