智能变频技术在电站锅炉给水加药系统中的应用
the Application of AI Frequency Technology in Electric Shock Boiler Water Supply add Medicine Sysytem
【摘要】 首先分析了发电机组锅炉给水加药系统的特性,给出了给水除氧加联氨系统、给水pH值控制加氨系统的单输入多输出(SIMO)数学模型。针对这些SIMO模型的实际情况提出了变结构冗余仿人智能控制方法,最后介绍了一个用于300MW机组的实际加药控制系统的组成和应用。
【Abstract】 After analyzing the characteristic of the water treatment in 300MW boiler-turbine- generator, the single input multiple output (SIMO) models for dosing system and pH control dosing system and low phosphate treatment system are developed. Based on these SIMO models an intelligent variable structure and redundant control method is proposed. As an example, in the end of the paper a distributed control system for boiler water treatment is introduced.
