光波长测量仪器的分类、原理及研究进展
Classification, Principle and Progress of Wavemeters
【摘要】 波长计分为斐索干涉型、法布里-珀罗干涉型和迈克尔逊干涉型3种。详细阐述了各种波长计的测量原理和研究现状,比较了它们的异同,其中迈克尔逊干涉型波长计测量精度最高。
【Abstract】 Wavemeters include Fizeau interference, Fabry-Perot interference, and Michelson interference meters. Principles and status of Wavemeters are formulized in details. Compared with the others, Michelson wavemeter is in highest precision.
