【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the application and clinical significance of taking dental impression with an improved method. Methods: We took dental impression with this method for 87 residual roots or crowns, Clinical effect was analyzed and summarized. Results: The clinical effect of this method in taking tooth impression was good with success rate of 94.25%. Conclusion: This method was simple and accurate in taking dental impression.
