【摘要】 目的观察复方乳酸左氧氟沙星阴道栓对家兔1次性给药后对家兔阴道的急性反应及动物死亡情况。方法将家兔仰卧固定,于阴道内1次置入药物0.2g/kg.使药物与阴道黏膜接触6h,观察动物给药后即刻及14d内动物的全身反应情况。结果给药后,动物无死亡和全身毒性反应。结论复方乳酸左氧氟沙星阴道栓对家兔的急性毒性实验无发现明显毒性反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the acute reacts and death number of animals when Compound Levofloxacin Lactate Vaginal Suppository was given to rabbit for only one time. Methods: Rabbit was fastened supine, medicine was put into vagina with a dose of 0.2 g/kg one time, medicine was kept in touch with vaginal mucous membrane for six hours, and the systemic reacts were observed at once and in fourteen days. Results: No animal died and had systemic toxicity reacts after the medicine was given. Conclusion: No evident toxicity reacts were found during the acute and toxicity experiment for rabbit given by Compound Levofloxacin Lactate Vaginal Suppository.更多还原
