【摘要】 目的对抗风湿中药威灵仙的品种进行鉴定。方法对不同品种的威灵仙采用性状特征鉴别及组织横切面的特征鉴别。结果药典规定可使用的品种为毛莨科植物威灵仙、棉团铁线莲及东北铁线莲的根及根茎,而混伪品种均与药典品种特征有显著差异。结论混伪品的2个品种均不能作为正品威灵仙在市场上销售使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To identify the strain of antirheumatism traditional Chinese medicine, Clematis chinensis osbeck. Methods: The shape, properties, characteristics of the various Clematis chinensis osbeck and its lateral tangent plane tissue were identified and determined.Results: The root and rhizome of three kinds of herbs in pharmacopoeia which can be used to treat rheumatism are Clematis chinensis osbeck, Clematis hexapetala Pall, Clematis mandshurica Rupr, while the characteristics of counterfeit strains are sharply different from the properties of those herbs in pharmacopoeia. Conclusion: The two strains of counterfeit are not allowed to be on sale and used as certified strain Clematis chinensis osbeck on the market.更多还原
