【Abstract】 There is only one China in the world.Taiwan is an inviolable part of Chinese territory .The Government of the People’s Republic of China is China’s sole legal government and its sole representative in the United Nations.It is illegal for Chen Shui-bian to separate Taiwan from the mainland by referendum.
