化学法处理黄铁矿烧渣的新工艺
Chemical Process-A New Technology for Treating Pyrite Cinder
【摘要】 实验证明化学法处理黄铁矿烧渣非常有效,能够明显降低烧渣中硫的含量并且提高烧渣铁品位,较好地解决了多年来困扰着人们的烧渣脱硫难的问题,可以将黄铁矿烧渣开发为合格的铁精粉。本文重点探讨了化学法处理黄铁矿烧渣的机理问题,指出黄铁矿烧渣经过化学法处理后,铁品位明显提高的主要原因是由于含铁矿物的不溶解和其他不含铁矿物的溶解所致,而硫含量显著降低主要是水洗和药剂的作用。
【Abstract】 A new chemical process for treating pyrite cinder was proposed in this paper. Results have shown that this process can reduce S content and increase Fe content in the cinder,and resolve the difficulty of removal sulfur from the cinder. In this process,ferrous mineral were dissolved and nonferrous minerals were not dissolved resulting in raising the content of iron. While water washing and reagent action play an important part in decreasing the content of sulfur.
