【摘要】 目的评价金沉积烤瓷冠的临床应用性能。方法将96例患者分为两组,试验组46例患者制作沉积金烤瓷冠76件;对照组50例患者制作镍铬合金烤瓷冠88件。修复完成时和完成后1月、18月随访, 检查修复体颜色、颈缘适合性、颈缘变色、牙龈出血指数4项指标和瓷损坏。结果两组修复体颜色、颈缘变色、牙龈出血指数3项检查指标的比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组颈缘适合性无统计学差异。结论沉积金烤瓷冠临床效果优于镍铬合金烤瓷冠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of auro-gal vno-form ceramic crowns in clinical practice. Methods The cases in this evaluation were divided into two groups.The experimental group consisted of 46 cases restored with 76 auro-galvno-form ceramic crowns; the other 50 cases restored with 88 Ni-Cr alloy porcelain restorations sereved as the control.The clinical peformance of these restorations was observed just after cementing, 1-month and 18-month follow-up. The evaluator examined the restorations for shade, marginal color, marginal fit.gingival index,and porcelain defect. Results There were significant differences in shade,maginal color and gingival index between the two groups(P<0.05), whereas there were no significant differences in maginal fit between the two groups.Conclution The effects of auro-galvno-form ceramic crowns were superior to Ni-Cr alloy porcelain restoration in clinical practice.更多还原
