炼铁高炉重矿渣玻化的试验研究

【摘要】 采用熔融法和直接玻化工艺分别对重矿渣进行了玻化处理,确定了适合的玻化工艺参数,并对玻化材料性能进行了检测,结果表明:重矿渣可玻化成高级饰面材料,其液态熔渣也可直接进行玻化,且重矿渣用量可达70%~80%,辅助原料少,工艺稳定,玻化材料的装饰性能好;且高温熔渣直接玻化的节能效果显著。

【Abstract】 In this paper,heavy slags was vitrified by the molten method and the direct vitrify technology respectively,the optimum vitrify technology was ascertained,and the property of the vitrify material was characterized.The result is shown that heavy slags can be vitrified to good decorate materials,and the molten slags can be vitrified directly.The vitrify technology has many advantages such as the utilization ratio of heavy slags up to 70%~80%,little auxiliary materials,steady technology and excellent decorate properties.The process and the result of the vitrify technology were presented,the saving energy effect of the direct vitrify technology was analyzed primary.
