超细电气石制备过程中影响粒度因素的研究
Influence of its Granularity in Preparation of Ultra-fine Tourmaline
【摘要】 阐述了超细电气石在应用中的重要性及其电性机理。在不同的研磨时间、固液比、溶剂、助磨剂用量条件下,用湿法研磨对电气石(2 000目)超细处理,并进行了粒度分析测试。分析讨论了以上因素对超细电气石粒度的影响,总结出了最佳的超细条件,并预测了如果在此基础上进行更深入的研究和分析,此法有可能成为纳米级电气石的制备方法之一。
【Abstract】 The electrical property mechanism, the application importance of superfine tourmaline were discussed. The raw tourmaline powder (2 000 meshes) was dealt with by sand milling in different conditions, such as different milling time, proportions of solid and liquid, solvents and amounts of grinding aid. Through the analysis of the granularities, the optimum condition of superfine tourmaline was ascertained. And at the same time, nano-tourmaline would be obtained through further study of this grinding method.
