【摘要】 目的　探讨阿托伐他汀对老年原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法　观察4 0例老年原发性高血压患者(治疗组)经阿托伐他汀10mg每日1次治疗8周后血脂、血浆内皮素(ET)水平的变化及用超声检测其用药前后反应性充血及含服硝酸甘油后肱动脉内径的变化,并与15例健康老年人(对照组)对照。结果　治疗组血浆ET水平明显高于对照组,血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(EDD)受损,治疗后ET血浆水平明显下降(P <0 . 0 1) ,EDD明显改善(P <0 .0 1) ,且EDD改善程度与血清TC、LDL -C基础值无相关性(r =0. 0 0 84、0 . 10 78,P >均0 . 0 5 )。结论　阿托伐他汀可以改善老年原发性高血压患者的血管内皮功能,且独立于降脂作用之外。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effect of atrovastatin on the function of vascular endothelium in gerontal hypertensive patients. Methods Forty cases of essential hypertension aged 66 or older were treated with atrovastatin(10mg/d,po)for 8 weeks,15 healthy gerontal adults were as control group. The baseline of brachial angiobore and changes of it at response to nitroglycerin and reactive hyperaemia were measured by Dopple ultrasound before and after treatment in gerontal hypertensions.Blood lipids,plasma ET were also measured before and after treatment. Results The vascular endothelium-dependent dilation function(EDD) was impaired in gerontal hypertension, and plasma ET was significantly higher than the control before treatment(P<0.01).By 8-week treatment of atrovastatin, plasma ET was significantly lowed(P<0.01).Flow-mediated vasodilation was higher after atrovastatin therapy than before(P<0.01).The improvement of EDD was not related with the level of low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC)(r=0.0084,0.1078 P>0.05). Conclusions Treatment with atrovastatin can produce a protective effect on the function of vascular endothelium in gerontal hypertensives,which is independent from its lipid-lowering function.更多还原
