【摘要】 目的　探讨生菜籽提取物对小白鼠中枢神经系统的抑制作用。方法　采用小白鼠,随机分为两组,一组腹腔注射生菜籽提取物,另一组腹腔注射等量生理盐水,观察中枢神经系统抑制作用的相关指标。结果　生菜籽提取物能够对抗电刺激引起的小白鼠激怒反应、增强戊巴比妥钠的催眠作用、抑制醋酸致痛、延长惊厥发生的时间以及对抗浓氨水引起的小白鼠咳嗽反应。结论　生菜籽提取物具有镇静、催眠、止痛、抗惊厥、镇咳等中枢神经系统抑制作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Research on the Inhibition of Mouse’s Central Nervous System with Var Romana Hort Semen Extract. Methods Divide the mice into two groups at random. Group A were injected Var Roman Hort Semen Extract into the abdominal cavities. The other group were injected Var Romana Hort Semen Extract into the abdominal cavities. The other group were injected the same amount of saline. Its inhibition and relevant indexes are under observation. Results Var Romana Hort Semen Extract can produce a kind of irritation reaction on mice who have a strong resistance on electricity, strengthen its hypnosis, relieve pain caused by acid prolong the reoccurrence of convulsion and stop coughing of mice causedby high-concentrated ammonia. Conclusions Var Romana Hort Semen Extract has certain inhibition on sedation, hypnosis, pain relieve, anti-convulsion, coughing relieve and other cases on the central nerve system.更多还原
