【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of P16 in gallbladder carcinoma. Methods The expression of P16 in 27 gallbladder carcinomas were observed by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of P16 expression was 48.1%,86.7% and 100% in gallbladder carcinoma, gallbladder poly pand gallbladder stone,respectively.The positive rate of P16 in gallbladder carcinoma was significantly lower than that in benign gallbladder diseases (χ2=15.3725,P< 0.01;χ2=6.0667,P<0.05). The positive rate of P16 expression was 47.4%,50.0% and 50.0% in gallbladder cirrhotic carcinoma,papillary form adenocarcinoma and mucoid carcinoma,there was no significant differerce (χ2=0.0189,P>0.05).The positive rate of P16 expression was significantly higher in S 1-2than in S 3 and S 4-5(81.8% vs 37.5% and 12.5%)(χ2=9.1881,P< 0.05). Conclusions The mutation and deletion of P16 gene was important in gallbladder carcinoma.更多还原
