【摘要】 目的观察温针灸至阳穴对寒性胃脘痛的疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组(62例)用温针灸至阳穴进行治疗;对照组(58例)用针刺至阳穴配合TDP照射加针刺足三里治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为96.8%,对照组总有效率为75.9%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论温针灸至阳穴治疗寒性胃脘痛疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of warm moxibustion at Zhiyang (GV9) on cold epigastrolgia. Method To divide randomly 120 patients into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group(n=62) was treated with warm moxibustion at Zhiyang (GV9) and the control group(n=58) was treated with needling in Zhiyang (GV9), Zusanli (ST36) and TDP radiation. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.8 % and that of the control group, 75.9 %. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The treatment of cold epigastralgia with warm moxibustion at Zhiyang (GV9) has a reliable curative effect.更多还原
