【Abstract】 Based on the characters of quoting according to the bill of quantity of a project, the proprietors shall take measures to control the project price at following stages, such as calling the bit and tendering, creating a perfect document for bidding, working out a precision project bill, evaluating the rationality of quoting, consequently to determine the quoting mode of the contract. During the project implementation, strict managements of the contract and visa of the project variation are necessary.
