【Abstract】 At modern network times,OA is an enterprise level’s basic information system,which can stride over all departments,can connect the staff from all over the quarters and all kinds of information system& information resource.In order to fulfill the effect of the OA system,to improve the efficiency greatly,the Instant Message is pre-requisite.It introduces the key techmnique and primary features of Dalian’s city construction management bureau’s OA system,which was designed by means of Lotus Domino/Notes,and introduces the total function of the system,too.The emphasis is Instant Message(IM)’s solutions.更多还原
