【摘要】 为了掌握重庆市公共建筑能耗状况,对重庆市商场、宾馆、办公楼和礼堂等类型的公共建筑进行了能耗调研。以调研数据为依据,对重庆公共建筑能耗以及运行管理的现状作了分析和评价。认为重庆公共建筑用能水平和管理水平较低,能源利用不合理,运行管理人员缺乏节能意识,没有建立建筑物用能管理制度,节能技术未得到广泛应用,空调负荷普遍偏高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to obtain the status of energy consumption in commercial buildings of Chongqing,energy consumption is investigated in stores,hotels,offices and auditorium building s and so on in Chongqing.According to the survey results,the energy consumption and management situation of commercial buildings of Chongqing are analyzed and assessed.This paper points out that the level of building energy use and managements is low,the use of energy in some aspects is unreasonable,the managers of buildings are short of the consciousness of energy efficiency,there is not the managing regulations of energy consumption on buildings,energy efficiency technology is used poorly and the designing loads of air-conditioning systems are high in general.更多还原
