红虫生长发育及繁殖的生物学研究
Pilot study on growth and reproduction of Red Worm
【摘要】 在我国北方一些城市的水源地以及给水厂蓄水池中,甚至在用户端的水龙头中都曾经发现红虫的存在,严重影响了饮用水的水质。在天津市市区收集到3处用户水龙头放出的红虫,经鉴定为颤蚓科的淡水单孔蚓。初步研究了在实验室饲养条件下,红虫在20±1℃和27±1℃水温的生长发育和繁殖过程;并研究了红虫卵在蚓茧内的详细发育过程。结果表明红虫从其受精卵在蚓茧内发育、孵出生长到产卵在水温20±1℃时需要73-98d,在水温27±1℃时需要51-72d。
【Abstract】 Red Worms are always found in water source and raw water storage basin in waterworks, even in water faucet in northern area of this country. It affects the quality of drinking water badly. This study collects three samples from tap water outlets in Tianjin. This kind of Red Worm is identified as Monopylephorus L . sp. . The growth and reproduction of Red Worm have been studied in laboratory cultures at different water temperatures (20±1℃ and 27±1℃) . The process of eggs developing in the cocoon is studied particularly. The life cycle of Red Worm takes 73 to 98 days in experimental culture at 20±1℃, 51 to 72 days at 27±1℃.
