KDF滤料处理含重金属及苯酚污染水的研究

【摘要】 铜锌合金滤料KDF是一种新型的水处理滤料,具有多种水处理功能,尤其在水的深度处理中有较好的效果。试验结果表明,单独用KDF处理含Pb2+、Hg2+、Cr6+和苯酚污染水时,去除率为3.1%~12.9%;单独用活性炭处理时,去除率为80.1%~95.7%;而用活性炭和KDF联合处理时去除率达98.3%以上,出水符合饮用水标准;流速越低,接触时间越长,则处理效果越好。

【Abstract】 As a new type of filtration medium, KDF is made of copper and zinc alloy with proper composition. It has multiple functions in water treatment, especially in advances water purification. This test on treatment of Pb2+, Hg2+ and Cr6+ contained phenol wastewater indicates that, removals as high as 98.3 % have been obtained in filtration by activated carbon joined with KDF media and the quality of output water is quite good to meet the national drinking water standard. But however, in case of activated carbon filtration without KDF or single KDF treatment, removals only 80.1 % ~95.7% or 3.1%~12.9% were obtained respectively.
