【摘要】 北京电视中心工程基础施工中,对桩头防水采用了水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料、聚合物水泥防水砂浆、缓膨型遇水膨胀橡胶止水条等多重防水设施,解决了外露钢筋的防水难点,确保了桩头不渗水。同时在后浇带等结构细部,采用中埋式、外贴式止水带等构造作法共同设防,使工程防水未见渗漏现象,工程质量得以保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the foundation construction of Beijing Television Center Project, multi-waterproofing facilities are used for pile heads waterproof, such as cementitious capillary crystalline waterproof paint, polymeric cementwaterproof mortar, slowly water-expanded rubber water-stop etc. with which, waterproof difficulty of exposed steel bars is resolved, ensuring the pile heads of no leakage. Meanwhile, joint prevention method of embedded and out-stickup water-stops is used for later-concreted belt. No seepage is found in the waterproof, and project quality is guaranteed.更多还原
