【Abstract】 By analyzing the causes of unbalanced price quotation, a profit maximizing model is established for it and three maneuvers bidders may often take in unbalanced offering are summarized. The relation diagram of comprehensive rate adjustment, construction period and variations of divisional work as well as project cases are also utilized to analyze the essences of the three offering methods; and by determining the rational range of the comprehensive rates, a method of identifying unbalanced offering is put forward. Preventive countermeasures against unbalanced offering are also proposed, providing a basis for the tendering party to prevent unbalanced offer.更多还原
