【Abstract】 With the development of the reform of economic system in China,the higher education in the planned economy system cannot adapt well to social need.As market system has been introduced into the higher education, participating in the market competition is the effective means and a necessity for the development of higher education and universities.The competition among higher schools,especially the competition between the resources of students and teachers is increasing.Effective strategy and methods must be explored to increase the survival strength of the state-run universities in the market competition with challenges and chances,further reform must be made according to the rules of the market and education to build a high level group in teaching and research for improving students’ ability and market competition power.更多还原
