【Abstract】 Nowadays our socio-economic develop rapidly. But our development at the cost of sacrificing our natural resources and environment damage. This do not fit in with conception of international—"GREEN GDP". Furthermore, our environment problem becomes more and more serious, such as desertification, air and water pollution and so on. Only by building a system to measure an calculate GREEN GDP, our socio- economic will realize sustainable development.
